Jiangxi Runyou Machinery Co., Ltd. is established in 2002 and located in central of Jiangxi province, with more than 18 years of professional experience in parts manufacturing, with a branch company called Yuhuan Tianyou Machinery Co., Ltd. in Zhejiang province, which has a total investment amount to 60 million. Jiangxi Runyou Machinery has independent import and export rights, which is specialized in cargo control equipment, including all kinds of fasteners, ratchet buckles, hardware, automotive hand tools, rubber and plastic parts, etc, that are widely used in trucks and other transportation equipment. With many years of development in this filed, now we have achieved annual turnover 50 million RMB, with business partnership of customers all over the world, such as Taiwan, USA, Europe and other countries and regions.
After years of development, Runyou Machinery is keeping learning and self-improving constantly. Now we have formed a strong team of technicians, with fully capability of performing the entire design and production. We have passed through ISO9001:2008 quality management system certification, and got CE certificate for forged D Ring, and DEKRA certificate for cargo lock plank. Besides, we have 6 technical patents including modular hardware tool, mechanical grinding device, etc, by which we have promoted our productivity and parts quality by a large step. Jiangxi Runyou Machinery will control the quality strictly, adapting to the market demands, and improve the technical level, production quality system, keeping innovation and development.
Production Capacity
We mainly have 6 workshops: forging, stamping, heat treatment, welding, precise processing, and assemply workshops. In forging workshop we have 300T, 400T, 630T forging line respectively, with monthly productivity 240000pcs. In stamping workshop, we have 5 80T stamping lines, 5 100T stamping lines, and 3 125T stamping lines, with daily productivity 600000pcs. And we have our own heat treatment apparatus, to insure the parts quality and meet different requirements from customers.
